Faber
College in the early 1960s was once again the setting for the television
adventures of the members of "Delta House," TV's answer to the
enormously successfull movie, "Animal House."
This pale imitation of the theatrical release only lasted three months, mostly due to the fact that John Belushi (who played Blutarsky in "Animal House") was unavailable for the TV series. The storylines, however, mirrored much of "Animal House," as Delta House fraternity members constantly pulled their pranks on Dean Wormer and the brothers of the Omega House. Four principle actors from the movie made the jump to the TV series, including Vernon, Furst, McGill, and Widdoes. |
