| Shout Factory has released the popular
children's class Casper The Friendly Ghost, The Complete
Collection on DVD.
This collection cover the 1945 - 1963 era including The
New Casper Cartoon Show from 1963.
This is not a DVD for children of today to watch, its
for their Grandparents.
When we reviewed this set we had two senior citizens, 2
children under 12 and two adults in their 30's &
40's. The small kids hated the show while the senior
citizens said it brought back great memories.
For me the series didn't hold up as well as I remember
it but it was really cool to see again.
The New Casper Cartoon Show from 1963 was my favorite
part of the collection.
Favorite episodes included Double Trouble, Small Spooks,
Bored Billionaire, &
Weather or Not.
This DVD would be the perfect Xmas gift for your
Grandparents if they are in their 50's to 70's.
