| Season 5 of Designing Women opens with the
Sugarbakers building being a Civil War tourist
attraction. Anthony gets a memorable surprise on his
30th birthday and Julia plans to have dinner with Jimmy Carter
and his wife.
The acting and writing for this season were also pretty
good.
Our favorite episodes included Maybe Baby, Keep The Home
fires burning, Working Mother, I'll See You In Court.
Guest stars for this season included Richard Sanders,
Mary Ann Mobley and Alice
Ghostly.
