Gavin & Stacey is a very different
type of sitcom.
It features a young guy & girl who have talked on the phone a ton of times but never actually met, until now. Things are fine until each of their families get into the scene and then things are anything but ordinary. Its a likeable series but there was something just a little off for me that I could not pinpoint. Season one has six episodes and takes you from the engagement to their wedding day which is a little bizarre. The audio & video are very nice & this DVD is enjoyable. If you like British comedy you will probably like this show. |
