Grizzly Adams was the story of a man accused of a crime he didn't commit. Set in the western United States during the 1800's Grizzly Adams with the help of his friend Mad Jack & an Indian built a log cabin and sought refuge in the wilderness.  He befriended a large grizzly bear named "Ben" & they dealt with nature, the wilderness & strangers in each episode.
