| Shazam was a Saturday
Morning live action series that aired on CBS between 1974
& 1976.
Shazam is the story of Billy Batson who has been given
powers to turn in to Captain Marvel to help someone in
need. Billy is assisted by a guy called Mentor.
Captain Marvel helps out an airplane pilot escape a
forest fire, helps a boy escape from a mine, assists a pair of
disabled brothers and rescues a girl and her pet wolf from a
hot air balloon.
Our favorite episodes included The Brain, Goodbye
Packy, The Lure Of The Lost and The Gangs All Here.
Guest stars on Shazam included Danny Bonaduce, Butch
Patrick, John Harlan, Pamelyn Ferdin and others.
Joanna Cameron appears as Isis in a couple of episodes.
This DVD is the complete series of Shazam with all 28
episodes.
